1. General Terms
Hartley Boys is a wholesale trading business engaged in the supply of fashion, apparel, and accessories. Our products and services are exclusively available to registered business entities. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of a legally registered business under Indian law.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and Hartley’s confirmation. Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed through our approved payment channels prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inaccurate pricing, stock issues, or compliance concerns.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across India only. Delivery charges and timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and order size. Title and risk of the goods transfer to the buyer once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
4. Returns & Claims
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products, provided the claim is raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
All claims must be submitted in writing along with relevant photographic or video evidence.
We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the claim and product availability.
5. Liability & Warranty
Hartley Boys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
All products are subject to warranties, if any, provided by the manufacturer, and will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian commercial and trade laws.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

This Returns and Refund Policy outlines how such situations are handled, in accordance with applicable laws of India.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for the following reasons:
- Products received are damaged or defective
- Products received are not as ordered (wrong size, style, or item)
- Product has manufacturing defects
To be eligible for a return:
The request must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products sold as clearance or final sale
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the buyer
Custom or made-to-order merchandise

If approved, we will arrange for a return pickup or provide instructions for couriering the product back.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed as follows:
If the return is approved, we will issue a full or partial refund (depending on the issue) to the original mode of payment.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.
In case of a replacement, we will dispatch the corrected item at no extra cost.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support. Once the order is dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
